Do ship rentals outside of your delivery area?
Unfortunately we do not ship rentals outside of our local delivery area.
How big is your delivery area?
Our delivery area is a 100 mile radius from our main office in downtown Round Rock. This means we are able to deliver to Austin, San Antonio, Waco, College Station, and everywhere in between. If you have any questions about our area, please feel free to contact us at 512-697-9777.
Do you ship bulk vase purchases outside of your delivery area?
Unfortunately we do ship nationwide. We only offer delivery in our delivery area. Please contact us at 512-697-9777 with questions about our delivery area and fees.
How long is my rental time? When do my items need to be returned?
Your rental is for a 3 day period with drop off being anytime before 5:00 pm on the 3rd day. Example: Anytime Friday pick-up, no later than Monday 5:00 pm return. Rates for longer periods are available and charges are assessed for late returns.
Do you rent other items besides vases?
Yes we rent all kinds of props including Bird Cages. Please visit our "Product Categories" for our full selection.
Do you offer Wholesale Flowers that can be purchased to use in my vases for "DIY" projects?
Absolutely, we offer wholesale pricing on flowers to the public through our affiliated flower shop Floral Fabulous and we offer full service custom floral through Just'in Roses Wedding Floral a div.of Floral Fabulous. We also offer "DIY" classes ; one in particular called "Centerpieces 101" teaches you how to design beautiful and cost effective centerpieces.
Do you offer a a delivery and Pick Up Service?
Yes we offer a delivery drop off and pick-up service. The standard fee is $50 for drop-off for deliveries within 25 miles, $75 for pick-up, and 20-25% of total invoice to break down and pack vases. These fees are basic and additional fees apply when a break down or set-up is needed. Please call us at 512-733-7673 for additional information
How do I reserve my rentals?
Payment in full at reservation is required to ensure items are held exclusively for your event. Order can be made by using this website, visiting our showroom, or over the phone using a credit card. We recommend that orders be placed with ample time at least 2-3 weeks in advance. If you attempt to secure rental items within the week of your event it is highly likely that items will not be available.
Will I get charged a damage fee if items are returned dirty?
All we ask is that items be returned in the same condition they were in when initially rented. Upon return, all rented items must be free of tape, stickers, clay, food, etc. and repacked properly in the containers provided. Cleaning charged will be assessed for items requiring a cleaning process. You will be required to pay a cleaning fee as stated in our contract if we have to remove any type of grime from the rental items.
